Production Time:
All garments are individually crafted and take approximately 2-3 weeks to produce. We believe that creating clothing with care and attention to detail is worth the wait, ensuring that you receive a beautifully made, unique piece that aligns with our ethical standards.

How To Measure Yourself For product page

Knowing how to measure yourself accurately is key to a well-fitting garment.  For best results, ask a friend to help or take your measurements whilst looking in a full-length mirror. Wear the undergarments you would normally wear under the clothes you want to buy and use a flexible tape measure.  When measuring, hold the measuring tape so that it's comfortably snug but not tight. Remember to jot down your body measurements on a piece of paper for reference.

Here, you can see the three most useful measurements: bust, waist and hips.

Bust: Measure over the fullest part of the bust and then straight across the back (1).

Waist: Tie a string around the body at the thinnest part to establish your waistline and use as a reference point in taking other measurements. Measure circumference at the string (3).

Full Hip: Measure at fullest part of hips; mark position with pins on undergarment and measure down from waist over top of hipbones to pins, usually 7” to 9" (18 cm to 23 cm) from the waist (5).

NOTE: Pay attention to our garment measurements below. Make sure that your body measurements are smaller than the finished garment measurements.

When referring to these measurements, please be aware that the term 'relaxed' in relation to an elasticated part of the garment is the starting point before any stretching is applied. The elastic will expand and contract as needed when worn.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days to return unused items in their original condition. Sale items should be returned within 14 days. Free UK returns available. Non-returnable items: personalized, worn, or washed goods. Refunds processed within 7 days of approval. Exchanges available only for defective items.

We offer ethically produced, made-to-order women's clothing to reduce waste. Production takes 2-3 weeks. Enjoy free UK shipping, with delivery in 2-3 working days post-production. Need it sooner? Choose Tracked Next Day Delivery. Free international shipping on orders over £120. We also offer free UK returns.

Do you ship to my location?

We currently ship to over 230 countries and territories using Royal Mail.

Are there size options for plus-sized individuals?

We offer a wide range of plus-sized options, with sizes ranging from Size 0 to Size 5 (UK 8 to 26). You can find specific measurements on each product page.

Is there a guest checkout option?

Yes, you can check out as a guest if you do not have an account. However, if you have an account, you can earn points and rewards every time you shop.

What is the material and fabric quality?

Our clothing is crafted from the finest African Wax Print Fabric, a durable 100% cotton fabric that is slightly thicker than regular cotton. No wax is present on the fabric.
