Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We offer free UK returns.

Ensure that your order has been fulfilled before initiating a return; returns cannot be created for unfulfilled orders. 

How to Submit a Return

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Access the Return Request Link:
  • Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue.
  • Open the email sent from our store, copy the six-digit verification code, and paste it on the online store.
  1. Select the Order:
  • Click on the order you wish to return.
  1. Choose Items for Return:
  • If your order includes multiple items, select the specific items you want to return.
  1. Provide Return Details:
  • Select a return reason and add any necessary notes for the store.
  1. Submit Your Return Request:
  • Click "Request Return" to complete the process.

If your return request is approved and involves shipping, you will receive an email containing shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the returned product is received, your refund will be processed.

Sale items:

Sale items can be returned within 14 days.  If more than 14 days has passed, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your sale item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been personalised, custom-made, or have been worn or used.
  • Items that have been washed.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, send us an email at info@dovetailed.co.uk.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
