We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Fulfilment Associate to join our team.  As a Fulfilment Associate, you will be responsible for unpacking stock deliveries, processing work orders, locating merchandise, and packaging orders for shipment.

To ensure success as a Fulfilment Associate, you should have a good understanding of order fulfilment procedures, a good eye for detail as well as the ability to process orders quickly and efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards. 

Fulfilment Associate Responsibilities:

  • Preparing fabric bundles. 
  • Process sales orders from order entry through to shipping.
  • Liaise with the relevant internal and external parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order fulfilment.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending orders, backlog status and payment.
  • Prepare delivery documentation, maintains records, and coordinates logistics for product shipment.
  • Follow up on shipment status and ensure delivery dates are met.
  • Reading and deciphering work orders.
  • Locating and extracting merchandise from shelves and storage areas.
  • Confirming merchandise information matches that of the work order.
  • Inspecting the merchandise for damage, flaws, and irregularities.
  • Packing and weighing goods for delivery.
  • Finalizing the work order and updating the database.
  • Adhering to state health and safety practices.

Fulfilment Associate Requirements:

  • Experience in order management an advantage
  • Proficient in Ms Office applications
  • The ability to work independently and to use initiative
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret written work orders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to start work immediately or at short notice

This role will be conducted from Unit 121, 397 – 411 Westferry Road, London, E14 3AE.  This is a COVID secure environment.  Please familiarise yourself with the location before applying.

One eight-hour day per week.

10 am - 6 pm.

Pay will be £9 per hour. 

This is a flexible role requiring 16 hours per week, however more hours per week may sometimes be needed. 

Start date: Applications are welcomed throughout the year.

Payment for services shall be made within 30 days of services being performed. 

Fees shall be paid monthly by BACS on the 27th day of the month.  

*A sub-contractor (freelance) contract will be provided formalising the general terms set out.*
