Dovetailed's African Wax Print Fabric Pop-Up Shop Saturday 25th January 2020

Posted by Adaku Parker on

Join us at our first ever pop-up in our new and exciting premises at Unit 116, 397 - 411 Westferry Road, London, E14 3AE on Saturday 25th January 2020. Come along to shop for beautiful African wax print fabrics, sewing patterns and sewing supplies that you will need to complete your garments such as threads, bias binding, zips and elastic.  You can also bring your own sewing patterns to get advice on fabric selection and amount.  Only buy as many or as few yards as you need for your individual project. While you are here, enter our raffle competition to win a 6 yard bolt of fabric of your choice which will be sent out to the owner of the winning ticket after the event. Plus, as if that wasn't enough, there's tea and cake! An event that you won't want to miss!!

Excited to share details of the sponsors for the African wax print pop up that Dovetailed London is hosting this coming Saturday 25th January. Each has provided a gift for the paid raffle. A huge thanks to:

@sewdifferent - Moon Pocket Maxi Pattern
@emporiapatterns - Coby and Cassie Pattern
@sewmesomething - Miranda Pattern
@beyondmeasure - Chalks and marking pens
@makebooksetc and @wendyward - 3 copies of her Wendy's brand new book Sewing for Every Body.
@pinkcoat - a notebook and 'memade' pin.
Plus there's three wax print fabric prizes from me: £45 worth of fabric, £30 worth of fabric and £15 worth of fabric (of your choice).

A pretty decent selection of prizes are available. Buy a raffle ticket and you could be in with a chance of winning.

Plus, there's tea, coffee and cake!

Come and shop African wax print fabric and Dovetailed Sewing Patterns (including Meghan my newest pattern) away from the usual crowds in a more intimate setting.

Look forward to seeing you there X
