The total length of each is approx. 22.5" - 23" (57 - 59 cm) which includes 6.5" - 7" (17 - 18 cm) of fabric covered elastic at the back (where the headband sits just above the neck). The elasticated part is approx. 8.5" - 9" (22 cm - 23 cm) when fully stretched. The width of the headband at its widest point is 3" (7cm). The elastic itself is approximately 1" thick.
